Orders and Shipping
Orders typically ship within 2-3 business days after payment has been processed. Delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Generally, domestic orders take between 5-7 business days, while international orders may take 10-14 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships so you can monitor its progress.
Creating an account with Sportsroyals is simple! Just follow these steps:
- Go to our website and click on the “Account” icon at the top right corner.
- Click on “Create Account.”
- Fill in your name, email address, and a secure password.
- Click “Sign Up” to complete the process.
Once your account is created, you’ll be able to track your orders, save your shipping details for future purchases, and enjoy exclusive offers!
If you need to change your shipping address, please email us at contact@sportsroyals.net as soon as possible with your order number and the updated address. If your order has already been shipped, we may not be able to change the address. However, we’ll do our best to help you resolve the issue.
Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking number and a link to track your order. You can use the tracking number on the carrier’s website to monitor the status and estimated delivery time. If you have an account with us, you can also track your orders directly from your account dashboard.
We take your privacy and security seriously. We do not store or keep your credit card information on file. All payment transactions are securely processed through our trusted payment providers. Your credit card information is encrypted and only stored temporarily to complete your purchase.
Sales tax is applicable based on the laws in your jurisdiction. If applicable, sales tax will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. If you’re shopping from outside of the United States, taxes may vary based on the destination country.
We offer international shipping to most countries! During checkout, you’ll be able to select your country from the shipping options. If your country is not listed or you have any questions about international shipping, please contact us at contact@sportsroyals.net, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
In most cases, if you’ve ordered multiple items, they will be shipped together in one package. However, if an item is out of stock or ships from a different location, it may arrive in separate packages. Rest assured, we’ll provide you with tracking information for each package so you can stay updated on your order’s delivery.
If you need to swap an item
Returns and Exchanges
We offer a 30-day return policy. If you’re not fully satisfied with your order, you can return it for a refund or exchange as long as the item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Please note that some items, such as personalized or final sale products, are non-returnable. To initiate a return, simply email us at contact@sportsroyals.net with your order number and reason for the return, and we will guide you through the process.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused. If you received an incorrect item, please contact us immediately at contact@sportsroyals.net with your order number and details of the issue. We’ll help resolve the problem by arranging a return or exchange at no additional cost to you.
We’re truly sorry if your order arrived damaged. Please contact us right away at contact@sportsroyals.net with your order number and photos of the damage. Once we have the details, we will assist you with a replacement or a full refund for the damaged item.
If your return is authorized, we will provide you with a return shipping address and detailed instructions on how to proceed. Be sure to securely package the item and include your order number and return authorization details in the package to speed up the process. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Once an order is submitted, we work quickly to process and ship it. However, if you need to make changes or cancel an order, please contact us right away at contact@sportsroyals.net. If the order has not been processed or shipped yet, we will do our best to accommodate your request. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once the order is in transit.
